Designed for professionals: The traptice® rodent + PIR is built for advanced digital rodent monitoring and delivers maximum flexibility – whether used with or without a snap trap, and across a wide range of environments.
And thanks to LTE technology, no gateway is required.
When combined with snap traps, the sensor can accurately detect and immediately report trigger events — ideal for tracking and documentation in digital pest monitoring. Even without a trap, the traptice® rodent LTE + PIR functions as an intelligent motion detector — for example, to detect early activity in areas where traps are not permitted or desired.

Based on our smart insect trap, traptice® insect, we are currently developing a smart UV LED trap specifically optimized for digital insect monitoring. The key feature: when taking photos, the LED automatically switches from blue to white light. This allows clear and detailed images of the adhesive surface—without the typical blue LED light that can interfere with visibility or create a “disco effect.”
The trap enables precise documentation of captured insects and supports the analysis of insect activity. By combining LED technology with digital recording, workflows can be made more efficient and manual inspections reduced.
The goal of this development is to provide practical tools for digital pest monitoring that simplify daily work while delivering reliable data. The smart UV LED trap represents another step toward efficient and precise monitoring in pest control.

With our cloud-based system, you can centrally manage all registered devices — whether rodent traps, insect monitors, or external sensors.
When a snap trap is triggered, the system immediately sends a real-time alert to the portal. Additionally, environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and vibrations are recorded and clearly visualized.
The user-friendly dashboard gives you instant access to all relevant data at any time. In addition to clear visualizations, you can set custom alerts to receive automatic email notifications for critical values. This way, you always stay informed and can provide your customers with up-to-date information about the on-site status.

Whether for insect monitoring or rodent management, all sensors within the traptice® system regularly transmit precisely captured data — and, if needed, image recordings — securely to the cloud.
