traptice® offers full monitoring for rodent and insect traps and shortens the response time by digitally monitoring the traps on site. Daily updates ensure that you always have the situation at your customer’s premises under control.
The digital condition monitoring of
insect monitoring traps is for pest controllers,
industry, pharmaceuticals, hotels and gastronomy.
To install the devices, all you need is your smartphone and Wi-Fi on site.

Yes, the devices send the images and data to the cloud via Wi-Fi. Therefore, there must be a sufficiently strong Wi-Fi connection to the trap.
If you do not have Wi-Fi on site, we will find a solution. Please use our contact form on the homepage.
Is my data secure? Cumulocity is a product of Software AG, which is a German company and subject to German data protection regulations. traptice® only transmits images and values. No personal and specific data is transmitted. Only users of your company have access to your data. If you wish, we can also offer you additional two-factor authentication.
We regularly have test phases with selected partners in product development. If you are interested in a test phase, please contact us.
Support
If you have any problems with the unit, there is a troubleshooting section in the operating instructions. If your question is not answered, you can create a ticket via the Service Desk
We are available for you on weekdays from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Support is offered in German and English.
For enquiries via the support email address or the service desk, you will receive an answer from our experts within 1-2 working days. If you have booked our Premium Service Package, you can reach us via the telephone hotline on weekdays from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
